Canadian Health Recovery Centre is a drug and alcohol addiction treatment centre very different from others in Canada. They offer holistic programs which help to restore the mind, body and spirit. A very unique proposition indeed, but how could they communicate their unique offerings to the right clientele.

The Challenge

Our client had high monthly costs in relation to the leads they received in the form of phone calls and website submissions. However, they were only using Google analytics to track and measure ROI, and felt they couldn’t track exactly where their leads were coming from. Their CRM systems weren’t synced in a way that they could connect the dots as to what sources their leads were coming from. When CHRC came to us, their previous agency was doing minimal work with regards to SEO, as could be seen from their rankings on page 2 and 3 on Google. Our client wanted to change that and rank on page 1.
