Our client is a fully licensed and insured Canadian law firm focusing on immigration law. Headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, they are a full service immigration law firm and handle all immigration cases, from express entry to business applications to enforcement. They represent clients from all over the world and can represent clients in almost any language.

The Challenge

Our client had a high Google Adwords spend in order to produce their leads because they were in a competitive market. The problem was they didn’t have enough online exposure compared to their competitors. Their social media presence was lacking so they were missing out on clientele who preferred to interact on social networks. They were ranking on pages 4 and 5 in Google search results but wanted to rank in the top half of page 1. Their website wasn’t user-friendly and its loading time was long, leading to a high bounce rate. Their ratings on business listings were non-existent, so they were unable to showcase their credibility and trust to potential clients.

Key Tactics

Restructured the website architecture and URLs so that it was more search engine friendly.
Finalized the main keywords that were producing highly qualified leads for their business.
Implemented a review funnel system for their clientele to leave reviews on the right business listings.
